A mail list is used by a website to allow visitors or clients to sign up for emails that may be sent out as a newsletter, a reminder, or even when an item of interest may be taking place.  This is not spam and they must sign up and create an account with you. You are in charge of admin to your mail list. The information below will help you to do this.
